All the kitties listed below have been "Forgotten". We don't quite understand why they have been in their foster homes as long as they have. Therefore we are dedicating a special page just for them. Please consider adopting an older cat, they have many years of love to give to their own special person.

Charlotte

Date of Birth:
2003

Collette
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption
Available as a Senior to Senior adoption

Charlotte and Collette were abandoned at a shelter, after their family moved out of state. These girls are compatible with friendly dogs and cats. They are gentle, calm and affectionate girls. Collette in particular loves to hang out on your lap. They are quite attached to each other - and you will love them too!!

Tammy
Date of Birth:
~3/2006
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

Tammy is a special placement kitty:
She was abandoned with her kitten at a local shelter. Her baby was adopted a long time ago & poor Tammy was left behind. A high energy kitty, Tammy needs to keep busy - she loves to chase her furry mice, runs up & down her large scratching post and has a very big appetite for such a slim girl. Tammy's activity level is way too high for most other cats to tolerate, so she may be best as an only cat. She has been indoor only since we've had her, which would be our preference, but she might be happiest as an indoor/outdoor kitty if the home was in a safe location. Some might say that Tammy has a slight case of Attention Deficit Disorder - she's just a very busy girl. Tammy does not show well at our adoption center so she does not come for regular adoption days. A special viewing can be arranged upon request. Tammy needs a very special person willing to give her a chance.

Trudy
Date of Birth:
young adult
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

"I was abandoned at a local shelter with my kittens - Harley, Timmy & Tommy. I am very playful & love to play chase with the boys! Affectionate, loving, great with kids, fine with nice cats, I haven't been tested with dogs yet (they might be OK too). After a fun-filled game of hide & seek - sometimes I hide in the bathtub to see if the boys will find me! - I'll curl up on the sofa with you for a nap. My adoption fee is 1/2 price if adopted with one or more of my kittens."

Isis
Date of Birth:
2004
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

She's a quiet, happy kitty who likes watching the action and then curling up in a cozy place to snooze. She plays with toys, but doesn't like to be picked up. She does well with gentle dogs and other cats. She will do best in a quiet adult home and will need a few days to feel comfortable in a new setting. You will know when she presents herself for rubs; she'll be purring.

Nellie
Date of Birth:
~ 2005
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

Nellie is a pretty, dainty, petite kitty. She lives peaceably with a dog and with other cats, as long as they don't chase her around. She would do fine as an only pet, and with older children. She came with kittens; they are grown and gone. Now she would like some one-on-one time with people of her own. Sometimes she isn't at her best at adoption days, so a more private interview could be arranged.

Snickers
Date of Birth:
March 2004
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

Snickers is a large and beautiful cat and a lot of fun to watch. He's an independent type, not a lap cat. He's good with dogs and some other cats (who won't let him intimidate them). He loves to drink water from a mug on the counter by the sink, and chase the rainbows on floor and walls from a crystal hung in the window. He loves a laser pointer, too. What else could you find for him to do?

Rachel
Date of Birth:
August 2003
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

"I'm playful and affectionate. My features are very small and I will probably be a petite kitty. I love to be petted and cuddled. A little cautious of new cats at first, I can be okay with them once I get to know them - as long as they don't push too hard. I would do best as an only cat though."

Bossa Nova
Date of Birth:
March 2007
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

This pretty-boy is loveable and very calm. He loves children, and does well with other cats. He's been neutered and has his vaccines are up to date. He is leukemia and FIV negative.

Ginger
Date of Birth:
May 3, 2008
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

Spicy Ginger is sweet and inquisitive, talks and purrs a lot. She is obese with hygiene problems resulting. If she could be the only kitty, safe weight reduction could be addressed from two directions. Feeding could be managed better, and exercise could be increased, because she LOVES to play with interactive toys but the more assertive cats displace her at playtimes. Might you be her special someone?

Jill
Date of Birth:
Senior

Pastel Calico
Available as a Senior to Senior adoption
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

Jilly is a senior pastel calico lady with medium length fur, a fluffy tail, and four white feet. She has a striking orange, brown and white face that reminds you of a Harlequin mask. While sitting in a window she talks to tell you what she has seen. In her former home she was an inside / outside cat. Jilly would love to live in your home

Keeler
Date of Birth:
September 2005
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption

Keeler is a big snuggle bunny these days, sleeping with his person, gently asking for pets, and especially loving interaction with laser pointers and pole toys. He does well with most other cats and has lived with gentle dogs. A lap or two to warm with his purring body would suit him to a T. He should be in a fairly quiet household, would do better in a library than a circus, and without small children. He hasn't been outside since he was very small, and that's just fine with him.
