Remy Date of Birth: Early 2007
|
| Remy lived outdoors in his early life so he's been slow to trust people. He's grown in size and social skills since he's with us. He is gentle and likes living with other cats. He purrs and rubs when petted. He has the nicest chirping meow! Remy needs a fairly quiet home without small kids. A mellow dog would be fine with him. Remy is neutered and feline leukemia and FIV free, a big healthy boy.

Nutmeg and Ginger Date of Birth: April 2007
|

|
|
Nutmeg (short hair) and Ginger (long hair), both female, spayed
"We are playful, fun-loving, affectionate young ladies. Good with older kids, friendly cats and possibly calm dogs. It would be great if we could find a home together, since we like to play with each other. Abandoned by our previous family right before the Holidays, we would love a safe forever home with people who appreciate just how special we are."

Dixon (Dixie) Date of Birth: ~ 1 ½ Years Old
|
Available as a Forgotten Feline Friend adoption
Dixie is a smart, funny and playful tabby cat, about a year and a half old. He was mistreated as a kitten then abandoned in the city last February. A PAN volunteer found him emaciated and dragging one leg due to a severe bite wound.
After veterinary care and a good dose of love Dixie is once more a healthy cat. He loves to play and will entertain himself with a few good cat toys. He is happiest when he's around people, either playing or snoozing next to them on the couch.
He occasionally gets over stimulated and will swat or nip when people move their hands around him quickly. He is not aggressive and has never hurt anyone. This behavior is a throw-back to his being tormented by his former owner and is getting better every day.
Dixie needs a home that will treat him gently and understand his quirks while building trust and love. Once you get to know him you'll be glad you gave him a chance. He'll reward you with years of love, laughter and companionship.
Dixie is cat friendly and will probably be fine with dogs and older kids. After his scary start in life he would prefer to be an indoor cat.
